Baby Back Ribs 
Stand ribs up on their sides in a roasting pan. Add about 1 inch of water to bottom of pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 300° for about 3 hours. Time may vary if steaming more than 3 slabs of ribs, add 30 minutes for every slab over 3. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce and grill. Ribs are fully cooked, just searing BBQ sauce on for flavor.

Breaded Pork Cutlets 
Pan fry in ¼” of vegetable oil on medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side

 

City Chicken 
Pan fry in ¼” of vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side. Then bake at 325 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes

 

Garlic-Herb Crusted Beef Roast 
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place on shallow roasting pan uncovered with
no water. Bake 1¼ to 2 hours for medium rare. Let stand for 15 minutes before carving. Meat thermometer should read 135 degrees

 

Italian Style Flank Steak Pinwheels 
Bake at 350 degrees in a covered dish with some liquid for 35-40 minutes,
use a marinara sauce on top

 

Meatloaf 
Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 35-45 minutes

 

Meatballs 
Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes

 

Seasoned Pork Tenderloin 
Bake at 325 degrees in a baking dish, uncovered for 45–50 minutes

 

Stuffed Chicken Breast 
Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes

 

Stuffed Pork Chops 
Bake at 350 degrees in a covered dish with some liquid for 40-50 minutes. To brown top, uncover the last 10-15 minutes. Liquid ideas include: seasoned water, or cream of mushroom soup

 

Stuffed Pork Tenderloins 
Bake at 325 degrees on a cookie sheet for 35-40 minutes

 

Stuffed Whole Chicken 
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees

 

Thick cut, Center Cut Pork Chops 
Sear pork chops in hot, oiled skillet for two minutes on each side. Place in 9x13 casserole dish and cook, uncovered, at 300 for 30 minutes
