Sun-dried Tomato Artichoke Chicken
3 whole boneless chicken breast cut in half *
2 Tbsp olive oil *
1 package Knorr French Onion Soup Mix *
1/4 cup White wine *
2 Tbsp grated Romano cheese *
1/2 cup julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken flat in a baking dish.
Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake for 30-40 minutes
or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serves 3 to 4.
Serve with rice or pasta.
