Marinated Pork Tenderloin
1 8oz. jar of Peach preserves or Apricot preserves
¼ c water
1 1½lb Pork tenderloin *
1 zip lock baggie

Spoon out half of the preserves into your bag, add water and tenderloin.
Seal bag and swish together until preserves is mixed with water.
Set in refrigerator for at list 8 to 24 hours.
Grill at medium low heat for about 4-6 minutes per side.

For this the tenderloin has 4 sides so you are rolling it across the grill, ¼ turn at a time. Heat remaining preserves and serve this as a gravy. 1 tenderloin piece will serve about 2-3 people.
