Italian Porketta
2-4lbs. Boneless pork
roast *
3 tablespoons dill seed *
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
(ground) *
¼ teaspoon oregano *
1 teaspoon lemon
pepper *
¼ teaspoon onion powder *
¼ teaspoon garlic powder *
Combine seasonings together
and coat roast with mixture.
Roast in a shallow pan at 325°
for 45 minutes to one hour, use a meat thermometer to desired doneness, 155°
to 160°.
