Cook beef in margarine in skillet over low heat until brown. Reserve 1/3 cup of broth. Stir remaining broth, catsup, salt, and garlic into skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Combine reserved broth and flour mixing thoroughly. Gradually add to meat mixture along with sour cream, heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
