Pecan Peach Glazed Ham
1 cup pecans (broken not crushed)
1 cup peach preserves
¼ cup soy sauce *
¼ cup brown sugar
½ of a Mazzulo’s Boneless Ham *

Mix preserves, soy sauce and brown sugar in a bowl.
Place ham in a baking dish and baste with glaze leaving 1/3 of the glaze for reserve.
Cook ham at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
In a sauce pan, heat the remainder of the sauce with the pecans.
Baste this over the ham just before serving.
Serves 10 to 15 people.
