HOW to ENROLL:
Hands on, bring an apron and your favorite chef knife (optional)
Fee per class is $55.00 which must be paid at the time of enrollment.
Enroll at the counter.
Classes are nonrefundable, rescheduling available.

 January 18: Slow Cooked Meals & Crock Pots—Classes are SOLD OUT
 

January 25: Soups On
Nothing warms a cold evening better than home made soup.
Learn how to make some of our favorite soups, including Broccoli Cheese Soup, Italian Minestrone, Potato Noodle Soup, Cream of Tomato with Basil Soup.


 

February 1: Basic Knife Skills & Vegetable Stir Fry
Bring your own Chef's knife and learn how to hone it so it is sharp every time. If you don't have one, we'll have one for you! Yes, you will slice, dice, chop, mince & julienne. We will create mouthwatering Vegetable Stir fry with several different Wok sauces.

 

February 15: Chinese New Year
Celebrate the Year of the Dragon by mastering Egg Drop Soup, Chinese Ribs with Teriyaki Glaze, Pot  Stickers, Stir Fried Bok Choy with Asparagus, and Fried Rice  - A great Chinese meal to enjoy year round.

 

February 29: Homemade Pasta & Fresh Sauces
This class is the perfect starting point to bring out the chef in each of us. We’ll cover basic Pasta dough, Spinach and Tomato Pasta dough, Cannelloni with meat filling with Tomato and Béchamel sauces. From here you can launch your talents into many different classic Italian meals.
 

March 7: Chili Workshop
Who doesn't love Chili. It’s hearty, healthy and calorie smart. We’re going to be making Texas Chili, White Chili, Three bean chili, Vegetarian Chili, and Chicken Chili
 

March 21: Sauces made easy
Our class features  quick and easy pan sauces that make stunning meals such as Penne with Shrimp and Herbed Cream Sauce, Baked Tilapia or Orange Roughy with Mustard Chive Sauce, and Stuffed Shells with Marinara sauce.
 

April 18: Superfoods & Vegetarian Meals
Come and learn how to make easy dishes using some of these super foods: Kiwis, blueberries, broccoli, sweet potatoes, salmon, beans, quinoa, yogurt, eggs and nuts.
